The Institute of Advanced Design Studies (in abbrevation: institute of AdvancedDEsignStudies - ADES) is a new educational platform offering advanced design studies to postgraduate students interested in sustainability. Our programmes have an emphasis on exploring new ways to assess the total impact and potential outcomes of design manifestations.

At the heart of our approach is an integrated view of Philosophy of Design and Ethics as vehicles for critical and sustainable thinking across all disciplines. ADES functions as a co-lab for design as a Productive Science, Design Philosophy and methodology.

We build our annual course in Advanced Design Studies for Sustainability on interdisciplinary theme based modules.

2. To bring Design Thinking and co-creative design tools, methods and processes to all types of experts, including scientists, technologists, engineers, biologists, ecologists, artists and philosophers.
